Everyone says that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas but that isn't the case for Kitty and Ben. When they get back from their visit to Vegas to their wolf pack in Denver things start to heat up, literally. Whatever is causing the heat has focused itself on Kitty's pack and she feels responsible for extinguishing the threat as quickly as possible.

With the help of Rick, the master vampire of Denver, and also the paranormal investigators from a TV series, Kitty starts to put the pieces together. However things are getting hot and a death of a pack member as well as fires all over the city, Kitty realises she doesn't have time to investigate. She has to stop things before someone else gets hurt because she can't predict what is going to happen next.

I love this series and it is a must buy for me. So having two new books in the series within a month is like Birthday, Easter and Christmas came at once. This is the most entertaining werewolf series out there and Kitty is the most amazing lead werewolf out there. Each book just keeps getting better and better and I can't believe that the next one will not be out till next year! Such a long wait after such an amazing double packed release!

Something that stood out for me in this newest edition is the new characters. I really hope the crew of Paradox PI (think Ghost Hunters or Most Haunted) will become regulars, if only in the background and Kitty's magician friend from Vegas should also be there in the future to give her a helping hand. Also something else that stood out is the continuing storyline that started in Vegas. It seems things are not over where that is concerned and I am interested to see what will happen next.

If you haven't already read this series then you should be ashamed of yourself ;) Anyone who loves Kitty shouldn't wait to buy this latest edition because it is hot and totally satisfying.
