Mays heart belongs to Gabriel, the leader of the silver dragons and being stuck in Abaddon is not doing great things for their relationship. You see May is a doppleganger and belongs to a demon lord and this particular demon is trying to keep her for himself. Until now May has managed to dampen his plans but the rules have changed and it looks like she will have to give in.

Gabriel agrees and it shocks May that he is ready to give her up. She has no need to worry though because in her absence he has been busy thinking and has come up with a plan to get them together again. There is some good news and bad news that comes attached to this plan. The bad news is that the demon lord will be able to go to the mortal world again but the good news is that he won't have the same amount of powers. Sounds too good to be true but there is no other choice.

Things get even more complicated for May and Gabriel as the plan progresses and alot of outside influences were not taken into consideration. Namely the Red and Blue Dragons and a dragon who is supposed to be dead. May will have to keep trading to gain her freedom and that of some others if she wants to finally be with Gabriel forever. Otherwise everything could just go Up in Smoke.

This second book in the Silver Dragon series was just as great as the first. I now know May better and I am also starting to like Gabriel as much as Drake. This book was amusing from the first page till the end and I found myself laughing out loud more than once. I love the fact that Aisling and Jim also make appearances in this series and I can't wait to see what else this author produces because I just love dragons.

With a great plot, more than interesting characters and lots of style this has everything a great paranormal romance needs. Not too overboard on the love and enough action and banter to keep the pace going this is a book that begs to be read in one sitting. Katie MacAlister has hit the spot again with this newest release and I am sure she will continue to do so in the future.

Bad girl. I'm not suppose to buy any books right now, so why are you tempting me. :P

I can't wait to read this one and I've been ignoring the impulse to run out and get it. You're not helping. :P
