I can not get over how many great books you read Amber. I love visiting your blog to add new books to my wishlists!

I have only read 21 books so far this year, but I am officially on Spring Break for the next 8 days so hope to get some reading done.

I have read 43 books so far (I have a lot of time at work to read) and am shooting for at least 100 this year (may be a little hard because I am 7 months pregnant and once the baby come not going to have much time)

Yup, I only just finished book #11 this year. But in my defense, it is the 2nd Chunky book (>450 pages) that I've read. Those ones seem to take me at least 2-3 weeks and seriously skew my numbers. Actually, the one I started today, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, is 734 pages! So that'll be my 3rd Chunky!

Though I might have to stop midway through, even though that's something I never do, and read a couple books I owe to terra57 so I can take them to her when I see her at the end of April.

okay, so I've only read 19 books so far this year,but there's been lots of other stuff taking up my time. I'd love to be entered in your contest.

100 books! That's more than a book a day, you must have a really great speed reading skill. Wish I have it too, there are too many good books waiting to be read. As it is, I've only read about 25 books so far this year.

I think I've read about 20 or so books so far this year; which is pretty good considering I've been crazy busy with school, clinicals, etc.

I've *finished* about 5 books, but I've *started* about 20. I have a large night-stand and Rori Gilmore ADOS (attention deficit oooh shiny).

I'm going to guess that I've read 35 books so far, which is fewer per week than I read last year, but only because I've actually been WRITING, not just reading. :)

hun i think im to your point or a tad more, lol i read at least 1 book a night if not 2-3 a day, of course, i will miss one or 2 says a month reading. i really would like to read this book. pleaseplease enter me

This post is certainly fascinating. Love reading how much each one does. If I am on the computer then my reading is less. But I do read 3 per week no matter what. This year 45 or so books.

Well done on the hundred. I'm supremely jealous. I'm not sure why but the more Book blogs I find, the more great books I hear about, the more I realise that (for whatever reason) many of them don't make it to my neck of the woods :P~~~~. Still, I think I've managed to rack up around 40-60 this year (I don't usually count).

Wow! I wish I had that many books to read. I have a 2 year old, so that makes it a little tough. Also, a husband who does require some attention. Sadly, I don't have that many books available to me. I moved from the USA to Slovakia and I don't speak the language yet. But, I was so wanting books, I even went to Vienna looking!

I'm no where near 100. I'm so jealous :lol: I'm at 16... but that number will shoot right up starting once exams are over at the end of April! Congrats on the landmark number. How many do you generally averge in a year?

You read a *lot* more books than I do. As of 31 March, I have completed 33 books. Given that some of the books I read are VERY long and others are quite short, this year I'm keeping track not only of the number of books, but the number of pages. Those 33 books represent 12,072 pages read this year.

Wow, now that's a lot. I used to read a book a day, but since Kiddo's arrival, my reading's down considerably. I've only managed 27 so far, a far cry from your impressive 100 - congrats on that! I hope I reach 100 or at least cross a bit over by the end of the year.

I hadn't heard of this book yet, but it sounds interesting.
