I'm writing because I received a "google alert" that led me to an offer by you at Book Crossing to send people copies of the PDF ARC my publicist gave you. The ARC was for the purposes of reviewing only, and making unauthorized copies and distributed is not allowed. This is pretty much standard across the board, not just for me, but for publishers and other authors as well. If anything, it's so I can make a real sale or two if someone reads your review and gets interested in the book! That was the whole reason we sent it out for review in the first place. Thank you for understanding why I can't give permission for you to share copies of the ARC. I hope that you will take down that offer. ("ET" is available for sale at ebooks, Diesel, and Fictionwise in PDF format if others are interested in this format.)Again, thanks for the fab review!

I have sent you an email regarding the Bookcrossing journal and have deleted the book from Bookcrossing altogther and apologise for me being such an idiot ;)
