This 9th book in the Argeneau vampire series was released just a week or so after the last book. The story actually runs Parallel to the previous release, 'Vampires are Forever' and tells the story of Marguerite. Which is about time ;)

The story is great and pleases like every other Argeneau book so far. Things come together and it actually felt like this is the last one. Which I hope it won't be!

I have to say (yet again) that the family tree in the front of the book is a nice help but they ruin any suspense in the story because they already have the people from this book added to the tree. Sure we all know how these books will end but telling us before we even start is rude!

I really hope there will be more in this series. I really enjoy each read.
