This was a nice interesting read. Not really a fairy tale but a story that leaves you wondering if it could be real. Deep, strange and captivating this is a small read that had me hooked from the first page. Nicely written and the characters were very interesting. This is an author I will hopefully come across again in the future.Labels: Books Read

I really enjoyed this book, you might want to try The Probable Future for something more or less similar. I didn't enjoy The River King and thought The Blackbird House (short-stories) was okay but not remarkable. I haven't read anything else by Alice Hoffman.
