It has been a long time since I have visited the 'Ladies Detective Agency' and this book has been on my Tbr pile for nearly year! So it was nice a refreshing to go and visit Botswana and the lovely characters that appear in this book.

As always I loved the characters and their way. The way they talk, the way they see things, the way they react to situations etc. It is also nice to see how things are progressing. Although not alot changed in the lives of the characters the book leaves us with the hope of a marriage in the next part.

Very interesting was the return of Mme Ramotswe's first husband and the the introduction of a new character. Also the apprentices antics always make fun reading but I was left unsure about the man under the bed. What was his purpose?

I will look forward to visiting Botswana again.
