I am not sure if I really liked this second part. The storyline was a little weird and there were way too many characters to try and keep track of. There weren't any really huge big developments and the main characters haven't really moved on by the end of this book...if anything they are worse off.

I think the book was a little heavy to be a series that is aimed for 12 year olds and up. I will read the last book in the series soon so I know what happens but I have to say that so far I am not really impressed by the series in general...but it is readable.
