I was not very impressed by this newest edition to the CSI Miami books. I am a big fan of all the shows and have all the books. Honestly if you are a fan read the books...just don't bother with the Miami based ones.

The author writing for this series hardly bothers with anything CSI at all but makes the team look like some kind of fantastic four stuck in a Tom Clancy novel. This book was all about terrorism and politics and not alot about finger printing, DNA etc.

The Miami books are just not realistic and don't fit into the series at all. Books based on a series should be true to the original and be low key enough to be just another case that they worked on somewhere along the way.
