This is the 4th book in the 'Maddie Springer' series. Maddie is a shoe designer who always seems to end up in the middle of a crime. It could be murder or fraud but she always manages to get pulled into the investigation.

In this newest novel Maddie is off to Paris for Fashion Week. Her shoes will be on show for everyone to see and she couldn't be any more excited. However the trouble starts before she even gets on the plane.

Murder, Jewel thieves and kidnapping. This is a great cosy mystery with a fun main character and some quirky friends and family. Add a love triangle and this has enough to keep you reading to the end. The end that will leave you wanting more.

Even if fashion isn't your thing this is a great read. Gemma Halliday is a great writer and I can't wait for more!
