This was a good read and it had me hooked all the way through. Although the main character is a teenager this is a must read for any Urban Fantasy lovers. This had everything! Vamps, Weres, demons etc and even a few other things ;)

This story about a girl who finally realises that she is more than human is fast paced, interesting and exciting. Finding new friends and new family as well as getting used to her new life Clary Fray doesn't have it easy in this first book in 'The Mortal Instruments' series.

There are alot of twists and turns and the ending has left me wanting more. 'City of Ashes' is out next year and I have added it to my wishlist!
