Latkes are potato pancakes served at Hanukah. This particular Latke just can't stop screaming and even jumps out of the frying pan and goes on a little adventure. Wonderfully written and illustrated this is a fun little book that is just different.

I didn't intend on reading this book but it was on the table at my Book meeting yesterday. I read it while people were busy talking and had to laugh and even felt a little tear emerging at the end. Not really a Lemony Snicket fan but this was a fun festive book that I am sure many people would enjoy.
