This is book #5 in the series 'The Saga of Darren Shan'. I just want to read these all in one go but I have to behave and read other books inbetween ;) This series is fast, furious and exciting! In this book Darren has to undergo the trials to prove himself or die. After some near death experiences Darren finds himself fighting against something worse than the trials and the story leaves us wondering what will become of the lovely assistant!
